Memorial Museum of O.V.Palladin
Information
Expositions of the Memorial Museum of O.V. Paladins reflect the unique life path of O.V. Palladin, his creative, scientific-organizational, pedagogical and various public activities, as well as the main stages of the establishment and development of the Institute of Biochemistry and the Ukrainian School of Biochemistry.
The museum exposition offers to consider information about 150 doctors and candidates of sciences, whom O.V. Palladin has prepared during more than six decades of his scientific activity, and who worked or continue to work in scientific centers of Ukraine and abroad. Currently, the museum systematically conducts research on the development of biochemistry in Ukraine, studies the history of the Institute of Biochemistry and explores its development directions. It also documents the achievements of domestic biochemistry, in particular the contribution of its outstanding scientists to the world scientific heritage, and updates and supplements the exhibits. The museum systematizes archival materials, maintains existing creative connections and establishes new cooperation with state and public museums operating both in Ukraine and abroad.
