Rzhyshchiv Museum of Archeology and Local History

The Museum of Archeology and Local History in Rzhyshchev is a modern landmark with extraordinary artifacts in the museum exposition, which were found on the territory of the city by archaeologists during excavations. On the basis of the museum, scientific and educational seminars, conferences, ethnographic, theatrical events dedicated to the events of history and modernity are held annually. Thematic evenings, meetings with famous people and groups are traditional. Art exhibitions, exhibitions of decorative and applied art and folk crafts are organized in the exhibition hall of the museum. In recent years in a row, since 2013, the museum has been a co-organizer of plein-air exhibitions of young artists, the result of which was the creation of more than a hundred paintings.
