Viktor Mykhailovych Glushkov (August 24, 1923, Rostov-on-Don, RSFSR, USSR — January 30, 1982, Moscow, RSFSR, USSR) - Ukrainian Soviet scientist, pioneer of computer technology, author of fundamental works in the field of cybernetics, mathematics and computing , the initiator and organizer of the implementation of research programs for the creation of problem-oriented software and technical complexes for informatization, computerization and automation of economic and defense activities of the country.

Institute of Cybernetics named after V.M. Hlushkova National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is widely known in Ukraine and abroad as a scientific center for solving fundamental and applied problems of informatics and computer technology, implementing their methods and tools in various spheres of human activity. The Institute is open to cooperation and is always happy for a new partnership. Its team consists of professional scientists who are able to solve the most complex problems at the modern level.
