Desatinna, 12

The non-residential building at Desyatynnaya street, 12, is located in the Shevchenkiv district, in the historical center of Kyiv. Desyatynna Street runs from Mykhailivska Square to Andriivsky Uzvoz and Volodymyrska Street. The building has a special location for Kyiv - on Starokyivska Gora, which is the heart of the "Ancient Kyiv" reserve and is protected by UNESCO. Next to it are St. Andrew's Church and St. Andrew's Uzviz, which connects the upper and lower city. This building hosts exhibitions of contemporary paintings and sculptures, as well as auctions, private shows and charity events, in association with well-known auction houses such as Corners and MacDougall Auctions.
