Lviv Historical Museum "Arsenal"

The Arsenal Museum is located in the restored premises of the former City Arsenal, which is an architectural landmark of the 16th century. In the museum exposition, you can see samples of ancient weapons from more than 30 countries of the world. The exposition is built according to the chronological and thematic principle, with the arrangement of exhibits according to the types and place of manufacture of weapons. The exhibits give an opportunity to see the evolution, different kinds and types of weapons.

All the main types of weapons are exhibited in the museum, and cold weapons are the most widely represented: swords, clubs, maces, etc. Many exhibits are decorated with precious metals and stones.
