Steppe in 40 km from Qarabutaq, Aktiubynsk region, author is unknown, local white marble. In May 1848, expedition of A.I.Butakov, a part of which was Taras Shevchenko, staid in Qarabutaq fort for a while. T. Shevchenko made some drawings of old Qarabutaq, which were preserved till now.
