In 1956, a monument to Ivan Franko was opened on a pyramid-shaped pedestal in the central square in the city of Kalushi on Stepan Bandera Street. After 8 years, in 1964, the chest was reconstructed. The author of this work is the famous sculptor Yosyp Nikolyshyn.
