Memorial Museum-Manor of Kateryna Bilokur

This manor museum is in the village of Bohdanivka, in Zagrebla, where the People's Artist of Ukraine, Kateryna Bilokur, lived all her life. The craftswoman was born here on December 7, 1900. The parental home became famous for visitors from different countries of the world. After a major renovation, it was turned into a museum, which was opened on November 26, 1977.
The estate museum, where the tireless artist worked throughout her life, is dedicated to the work of a brilliant woman. The beauty of her painting masterpieces was born here. The memorial to Kateryna Bilokur, in addition to a house-museum and a garden with contemporary trees, also includes a full-length park sculpture of Kateryna Bilokur. Ivan Bilokur, the artist's nephew, created and presented it to local residents.
The interior is recreated as it was during Kateryna Bilokur's lifetime. The artist's studio was in the large room. The kitchen, bedroom, and all other rooms are as they were during the lifetime of Kateryna Vasylivna.
