The Deutsches Museum with its branch museums is an outstanding place for communicating scientific and technical knowledge and for a constructive dialogue between science and society.

The only home icons museum in the world, the largest icon museum in Eastern Europe. The museum was created by the well-known doctor and public figure Olga Bogomolets, who collected and preserved from destruction more than 5,000 home icons from all corners of the country for 15 years.

The famous Ukrainian philosopher Hryhoriy Skovoroda studied and taught in the halls of the Pereyaslav Collegium. Here he wrote many of his outstanding works, including The Garden of Divine Songs.
