Museum of the History of Kiev

For 20 years of its existence, this museum has become a prominent place for visitors who want to get to know the history of Kyiv. The museum began its renewed work in the new building of the Museum and Exhibition Center, located at 7 B. Khmelnytskyi Street.

The exposition of the Museum tells about the most vivid episodes of the history of Kyiv, starting from the times of Kyivan Rus and up to the present day. Visitors can see materials reflecting different areas of urban life, such as production, trade, education, science, art, and others.

Among the exhibits presented at the exposition are archaeological finds from the period of Kyivan Rus, personal belongings of prominent Kyivans, and many other interesting exhibits related to the history of the city.
